Output is delivered as schema-consistent datasets and evaluation signals, in the format your training or evaluation pipeline expects.

How do you ensure data quality?

Accepted Answer

Quality is enforced inside the workflow rather than inspected at the end. Contributors are calibrated against a gold set before producing billable work, output passes automated validation and layered human review, and accuracy, agreement and outlier scores are tracked per batch. Every delivery carries a quality report.

How do you achieve diversity in the data?

Datasets are composed against the variation the project requires, covering language, region, context, subject-matter background and demographic spread, so the result reflects real-world distribution rather than a single narrow population. Composition targets are agreed with you at the design stage and reported against on delivery.

Can you build a workflow around our specific task?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Where a task does not fit an existing annotation surface, we build one around it, using your task definition, rubric, schema and acceptance criteria. That is usually the difference between data that trains well and data that merely looks complete.

Can you deliver in our schema and tooling?

Yes. Output format, file structure and delivery mechanism are agreed during scoping, and we deliver into whatever your pipeline already expects. We do not require you to adopt a platform of ours.

How is our data protected?

Confidentiality terms are agreed before any data changes hands, access is least-privilege and scoped per project, and transfer, storage and destruction follow defined procedures. Sensitive programmes run in restricted environments with need-to-know staffing, and task, review and delivery events remain traceable.

Which languages and modalities do you cover?

Video, audio, text, image and document workflows, across a broad multilingual range including major Indian and international regional languages. Coverage for a specific language or modality is confirmed before commitment.

Do you hold security certifications?

Accepted Answer

Not at present. We build to enterprise security requirements, including controlled access, defined handling procedures and auditable task history, but we do not claim third-party certifications we have not obtained. If certification is a procurement requirement, raise it early and we will be straight about where we stand.
